In the Science of Cooking, students will learn how to use fresh ingredients to make simple meals from scratch. Students will gain confidence and understanding through using different ingredients that change the outcome of the edible experiments and record these results in their digital cookbook. Students will learn how to make (and change!) chicken pot pie, pizza, mini quiches, chicken strips with dipping sauces, and zu-ghetti and meatballs. The Science of Cooking is only offered for students grades 2-8.
